Memorial Gifts

If you have a loved one that you would like to honor, you can do so by supporting Faith Regional Foundation and giving a memorial or tribute gift. This is a wonderful way to celebrate your loved one and help to support our mission. Your gift makes a lasting impact on the lives of our staff, patients, and their families.

You can give your tribute gift in honor of a birthday or anniversary. Some patients like to recognize the providers or care team each year on the anniversary that they survived a heart attack or to celebrate their last cancer treatment. You may choose to designate your gift to the department that provided you with care. Or you may choose to give your gift in general support of Faith Regional.

You can honor the memory of a loved one and celebrate their life by making a memorial gift. Your gift can help support our mission by providing life-saving equipment or new technology that makes a difference in the lives of our patients.

If you desire to have your gifts remain anonymous, please notify the Foundation at the time of giving your gift. All gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
