Grateful Patient

At Faith Regional, it's our mission to provide you with exemplary care when you need medical services with us. Many patients that receive exemplary care want to honor a member of their care team or their entire team, and one way is to give a gift of gratitude as a grateful patient.

You can give a gift in recognition of the care you or a loved one received while at Faith Regional and express your thankfulness with a donation in support of all that we do at Faith Regional. This is a special way for you to say "thank you" to the providers, nurses, and others that helped care for you. Your gift can be directed to our general fund or it can be designated for a program or department of your choice.
