Injury Prevention
To prevent serious knee injuries in our student-athletes, we have several team members certified in Sportsmetrics™, a 6-week program offered to area student-athletes during the off-season. This scientifically proven training program helps significantly reduce the risk of serious knee injuries, especially prone in young female athletes. The program promotes safe jumping, landing and cutting techniques.
