Inpatient Therapy

Take part in supportive inpatient therapy during your stay at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska. You’ll find complete, compassionate care to help you begin your return to independence after a surgery, injury or illness.

Depending on your illness or injury, you may benefit from more intense therapy at Faith Regional’s Acute Rehabilitation Unit where you will receive up to three hours of therapy a day, six days a week.

Rely on dedicated team members who work together throughout every step of your care. You’ll receive daily therapy and skilled medical care from specialists in areas such as:

• Medication management
• Nutrition counseling
• Occupational therapy
• Physical therapy
• Prosthetics, orthotics, and assistive equipment
• Physiatrist, a doctor who specializes in using non-surgical treatment to restore function and movement
• Speech therapy

Personalized Care Plan

Partner with your multidisciplinary team to set and meet goals to improve:

• Balance, endurance, mobility, strength, and coordination
• Cognitive skills, such as attention, memory, and reasoning
• Communication skills and swallowing
• Ability to take care of yourself
