You’ll find a full range of timely, accurate lab tests at Faith Regional Health Services. Your provider may recommend that you get a lab test to:

  • Check for signs of a medical condition
  • Measure how well a treatment is working
  • Reveal changes in your health
  • Screen for substance use

Preparing for your Test

Before your lab tests, your provider will provide you with instructions about how to prepare for them. These instructions are important to ensure you get accurate results. If you are unable to take all the steps to prepare, you may need to reschedule your test. While most tests are available on a walk-in basis, some tests do require appointments. Your provider will let you know if an appointment needs to be scheduled. To schedule an appointment for a lab test, call (402) 644-7121.

When you arrive for your Test

When you arrive at Faith Regional for your test, you’ll first need to check in with our registration staff and provide a photo ID and insurance card. Registration is located at the main entrance of our West Campus. From there, one of our friendly patient escorts will guide you to the lab for your test.

Your Test Results

A lab technologist performing a test.When you can expect to see the results from your lab test will vary. Some results are available on the same day. Other tests can take a few days. Your provider’s office will contact you with the results when they are available. You can also review your test results online as soon as they are available with your One Chart l Patient account.
