Cancer survivorship and the effects of cancer treatment can be challenging for you and your family. Turn to the compassionate Faith Regional cancer care team for help to feel your best.
Nutrition Services
Meet with a registered dietitian to assess your diet’s nutrition and any complications, such as diarrhea or fatigue. You’ll receive a personalized plan to help you gain strength, maintain a healthy weight, and feel more comfortable both during and after treatments.
Social Services
Connect with a Faith Regional social worker who can assess any barriers to treatment and healing. This professional refers you to supportive resources like:

Chaplains can help guide you through emotional challenges and answer spiritual questions.
Faith Regional Appearance Center
The Appearance Center is located in Medical Offices Building West and offers patients a positive place of support where they can obtain wigs, hats, scarves and head coverings. For patients undergoing breast surgery, a post-surgical mastectomy kit, mastectomy bra and mastectomy prosthesis are available through a trained fitter. These items are available at no cost thanks to the generosity of the Faith Regional Foundation Hope Fund. Call 402-644-7139 for more information.
Cancer Rehabilitation
Take advantage of our rehabilitation services to manage your symptoms and improve overall wellness. Regain independence with help from the rehabilitation team, including:
Physical therapist
Works to increase your range of motion, strength, and balance.
Occupational therapist
Teaches you how to perform activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, cooking, and driving. You’ll receive home modification and adaptive equipment recommendations, if necessary, to get you back to safely and independently living your life to the fullest.
Speech therapist
Addresses your speech, chewing, and swallowing, as well as any pain, discomfort or mouth dryness
