In my opinion I couldn't have had a better provider, she actually talked in layman's terms where this old man could understand.

She was very kind, professional, and compassionate. She mentioned how I must be very tough because most people with outer ear infection would say they're in a lot of pain not just a dull pain like I mentioned.
