Nursing Leaders Recognized in Nebraska 40 Under 40

Faith Regional Health Services is pleased to share that Aysha Classen, RN, Nancee Dendinger, RN, and Nicole Sok, RN, were recognized as emerging nurse leaders in the state of Nebraska at the Nebraska Nurses Association Annual Convention as a 40 Under 40 awardee.

As a joint recognition, the Nebraska Organization of Nursing Leadership (NONL) and the Nebraska Nurses Association (NNA) selected 40 nurses under 40 years old that are currently licensed as an RN or LPN from across the state of Nebraska.

“There are a lot of publications and organizations nationwide that do similar nominations each year,” says NNA Executive Director Kim Houtwed. “We wanted our nominees to stand apart as a group of young professionals who significantly or uniquely contribute to leadership within the nursing profession through clinical practice, education and teaching, administrative leadership, research, writing/publishing, policy involvement/self-governance, and/or healthcare innovation."

“Demonstrating the heart of healthcare, our nurse leaders pave the way for excellence in patient care at Faith Regional and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals,” said Connie Rupp, Chief Nursing Officer. “We couldn’t be more thankful to have these leaders on our nursing staff.”

Congratulations to Aysha, Nancee, and Nicole for being recognized at the Nebraska Nurses Association Annual Convention as a 40 Under 40 Awardee!
