Faith Regional Named Champion of Physician Wellness

Faith Regional Health Services has been named a Champion of Physician Wellness for being a sustainability partner of LifeBridge, a Nebraska-based program created to address physician wellness on both an individual and systemic level.

LifeBridge offers peer-to-peer coaching for physicians by physicians. The program’s goals are to increase physician well-being through peer coaching and training, decrease individual and cultural factors leading to burnout, and work with systems and hospitals to create a culture of wellness.

“We are proud to partner with the Nebraska Medical Association to promote physician well-being,” said Dr. Mark Davis, Faith Regional’s Chief Medical Officer. “Faith Regional is committed to our physician partners and their well-being. LifeBridge is just one option we offer to our medical staff to help our doctors stay engaged, healthy and looking forward to every day.
