Kelly Driscoll received her Registered Nurse degree from Northeast Iowa Community College and obtained her Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Des Moines University. Driscoll's career in management began in 1999, evolving through roles such as Director of Nursing, Chief Nursing Officer, and Interim CEO within Iowa's Unity Point Health System. In 2011, Driscoll joined Faith Regional Health Services as Vice President of Patient Care Services, subsequently assuming the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2013, and President and CEO in 2018. Her achievements include being certified as a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives since 2012 and being recognized as one of 130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019, as well as a Becker’s Hospital Review CEO to know in 2020 and 2023.
Brian Blecher, RN, BSN, MHA

Brian Blecher obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Midland Lutheran College in 1994 and pursued his Master’s of Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University in 2015. Blecher's journey at Faith Regional began in 1996, initially as a Registered Nurse before progressing into managerial roles within various departments. Since 2009, Blecher has demonstrated leadership in diverse capacities, from Executive Director of Employee Wellness, Cardiac & Vascular Services, Radiology, Cardiopulmonary Services, and Emergency Medicine to Chief Transformation Officer and Network Development, to his current role of Chief Operating Officer. His dedication and expertise have contributed significantly to the organization's success.
Brenda Baker
Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Brenda Baker received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Ball State University. She continued her education, receiving a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Healthcare from Indiana Wesleyan University. Brenda has over 25 years of healthcare finance experience, spending time in both non-profit and for-profit healthcare organizations. She has served in executive roles since 2010, most recently as CFO for Broward Health’s North Hospital in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In 2024, Brenda joined Faith Regional Health Services as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Brenda is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mark Davis, MD, FACOG, CPE
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Mark Davis, a longstanding member of the Northeast Nebraska medical community, began his private OB/GYN practice in 1990, he later joined Faith Regional Physician Services in 2018 until retiring from practicing in 2023. Dr. Davis has held many leadership positions at Faith Regional, including Chief of Staff, and has served as Chief Medical Officer since 2019. He earned his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, where he also completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In 2021, he completed the Certified Physician Executive Program and is an active member and has served in leadership positions for many leading medical organizations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Nebraska Medical Association, and the Nebraska OB/GYN Society.
Thomas J. Lee, MPA, FACHE

Tom Lee’s academic background includes Bachelor’s Degrees in Health Care Management and Nursing from Southern Illinois University and Creighton University along with a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including six years of service in the United States he has been in executive leadership positions since 2002 including Vice President of Administration at Avera St. Luke’s in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and CEO in Emmetsburg, Iowa, and Wayne, Nebraska. He became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2007 and has served in his current role since 2015.

Brandon Morfeld has been with Faith Regional since 2016. After graduating from Mount Marty College with a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an Accounting Minor and later obtaining his Master’s in Business Administration from Wayne State College and his Six Sigma Black Belt from Aveta Business Institute. His expertise spans across lean methodologies, Six Sigma tools and consumer-focused strategies. Morfeld oversees Quality, Regulatory, Infection Control, Case Management/Social Work, Risk, Mission Services, and Performance Improvement, serves as Executive Advisor to the Faith Regional Surgery Center and is a member of the NHA Health Research Committee.
Connie Rupp, MSN, RN, CENP

Connie Rupp's leadership in nursing spans over a decade, characterized by a commitment to excellence and caring for the healthcare workers who care for our patients. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Nursing. Rupp has held various management positions including Unit Director, Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Regional West Medical Center is Scottsbluff, Nebraska, holds a certification in executive nursing leadership and is a previous president of the Nebraska Organization of Nurse Leaders (NONL) District 2. Serving as Chief Nursing Officer at Faith Regional Health Services since 2017, she works collaboratively with an engaged team to lead initiatives to transform nursing care through consistently, alignment and accountability using standardized tools and approaches to drive quality improvements. She is a member of the Nebraska Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, and has been recognized nationally as a speaker at What’s Right in Health Care, Press Ganey, and Becker’s Review.

Shantell Skalberg received her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her Master’s in Strategic Marketing from Bellevue University. Since joining Faith Regional Health Services in 2015, she has driven planning, strategies, and initiatives for advertising, business development, creative services, communications, marketing, public relations, and fundraising to support organizational goals and community health needs. Her leadership has been fundamental in driving community engagement and supporting organizational goals through effective branding, growth and fundraising initiatives.

Brian Sterud's tenure as Chief Information Officer at Faith Regional Health Services since 2012 has been marked by a commitment to technological innovation and data security. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from South Dakota State University and an Master’s of Business Administration with a specialization in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota, Sterud's expertise spans healthcare information management and regulatory compliance. As a Certified Healthcare CIO and Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, he plays a key role in implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring the integrity and security of healthcare data within the organization. Sterud is a Certified Healthcare Information Security Leader, a Fellow of both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society and has been recognized as a CIO to Know in 2022 and 2023.
