 The Aquatics Pool offers rehabilitation in a heated, non-gravitational environment at varying water depths with water turbulent/resistance capabilities that add dynamics to the treatment process. Individual programs consist of gentle range of motion exercises designed for individuals who have mild to moderate joint pain or stiffness, difficulties with balance, coordination, mobility, walking or posture. Since 1993, Certified specialists have lead bi-weekly Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program classes to ease arthritis sufferers pain and discomfort and facilitate joint mobility.
