- Pre-placement post-offer screen: Pre-Placement Post-Offer tests are created by the therapist based upon specific information gathered during the JDA. New hires undergo the test to determine if they are physically qualified to perform the essential job functions of the position they have been hired to do. Matching the worker to the work is facilitated via PPPO testing.
- Red flag identifier program: Red Flag Identifier Evaluations ascertain risk factors for potential injury of current employees and/or new hires. These evaluations are specific to a business’s top injury recordables. A thorough musculoskeletal evaluation is completed by a therapist to determine if an individual has a muscle or joint impairment that may lead to a future injury.
