While the environment and experience may look different, our team is ready and available to care for you — safely.
Here are some steps we are taking to ensure your safety:
We are screening all individuals upon arrival.
Everyone entering Faith Regional facilities, including staff, are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and get their temperature taken. We ask your help in keeping our patients safe. Please call ahead prior to your appointment if you:
- Have a fever, cough or sore throat
- Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 30 days
- Have had unprotected exposure to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days
- Have traveled outside the US 50 states in the previous 14 days
Masks upon arrival.
If you have your own facemask, we encourage you to wear it to help us conserve our supply for front-line medical providers. If you do not have a mask, we are happy to provide one to you when you arrive.
All patient care staff will wear surgical masks and protective eye wear, as well as other necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), at all times when caring for patients.
We're Still Limiting Visitors
Visitation remains restricted. As of June 1, 2020, we began lifing some of the visitor restrictions. See the current visitory policy here.
Six-foot social distances will be established in public areas such as waiting rooms.
Extra cleaning and disinfection of high-touch, public areas will continue.
We're Caring for Infectious Patients in Special Units.
Infectious patients will continue to be cared for in isolation, away from non-infectious patients.
